Most people ask why RUDN Enclave Rawalpindi does not have approved NOC yet. The answer is very simple but it is misunderstood by the investors. Actually, getting a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is not an easy task. It includes many official procedures, papers works, and approval, not from one department but many. Such as WASA, Climate, Energy, Gas, etc. Therefore the process of NOC approval takes a longer time. Since Rudn Enclave is a new housing project, it will take some time to get the Rudn Enclave NOC approval from Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA)
The society has completed all the formalities and has submitted the land documents to Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Very soon, the investors will get news regarding Rudn Enclave’s NOC approval. According to the new amendments by the present government on June 20, 2020, all development authorities like RDA, CDA, LDA, and FDA are accountable to issue NOC to new housing societies within 60 days of submitting. Unless there is a valid reason for delay or denial. Meanwhile, the Rudn Enclave NOC approval is in process. Hopefully, it will be approved very soon.
